There are many variables in a custom imprinted product and because of this, we prefer to discuss each order request with our customer. This can be achieved via phone, fax, or the preferred email method. Artwork, Quotes, Invoicing and Payment can be done online, but we want to make sure no mistakes are EVER made on an order. Let us show you how service and quality really works.

All you have to do is just call or email your order request. We will need to discuss the order with you as most products will require a logo imprinted on the item. We need to make sure there are no assumptions made and the product will be exactly as you want.  applead@applead.com

We will ship open account to any school providing the order is authorized by a faculty member or the principal.

In most cases, payment is due at the time order is placed for custom imprinted items. In some cases, we allow a 50% deposit with the balance due within 7 business days after delivery.

We will ship open account to any school providing the order is authorized by a faculty member or the principal only, (PTO/PTA, Booster clubs, etc do not constitute open account authorization). If approved terms were given using a purchase order, payment is due 15 days from date of invoice.  A service charge of $20 will be charged on any returned check. Credit balances not claimed or used within 90 days of invoicing become property of Apple Advertising. We do not offer C.O.D.

For your convenience we also accept Discover, Visa, American Express and MasterCard.

Apple Advertising is very concerned about site security on the Internet today. That is why we have made sure that we have followed and surpassed all industry standards necessary for a secure transaction of funds and other information.

Shipping: (Top of Page)Most orders take two to four business days (from the time they are received) to ship. You may select overnight shipping for an additional charge; you will then receive your order 48 - 72 hours from the time it is processed. Overnight shipping does not apply to custom-imprinted items. Custom-imprinted production times vary from two to four weeks, plus shipping time depending on the product.
We ship orders via UPS whenever possible. All merchandise should be opened and inspected as soon as it arrives. Any problem with shipping should be reported immediately to Customer Service or email us with any questions or concerns.

Returns: (Top of Page)
Try to estimate your needs as closely as possible. All non-imprinted merchandise is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. All claims for returns must be made within 15 days from receipt of your order. We will credit you, excluding delivery charges, less a 15% handling charge. Custom imprinted items may not be returned. We cannot ship on approval or take back "left-over" merchandise. All returned merchandise must have a letter of explanation including the invoice number, organizations name and the original shipping address ENCLOSED INSIDE THE BOX. Health regulations prohibit the return of any apparel. For returns originating outside the U.S., please mark on the box "U.S. goods being returned."

Personalized Items: (Top of Page)
Be sure to give us the exact date of your event. Allow specified production time plus shipping time on all personalized items. Orders for these items are not subject to cancellation once processing has started. When imprinting any of our items, wording only is considered a special design, but sometimes you will not be charged a screen charge. You will be notified if a set-up charge applies. Please do not fax artwork!  If its only for reference to actual art emailed or mailed in, then its ok.

Screen / Set-up Charges: (Top of Page)
Many Custom Imprinted items require a one time "Screen / Set-up" charge as designated by the products "Manufacturing Company" who charges us. We DO NOT spread this one time charge out over the cost of the actual product, as some competitors do, because you end up paying more than the actual set-up charge in most cases! Also, if you want to reorder the same item again, you would be paying for that charge twice! Keep in mind that if someone tells you there is No Set-up, they may be making it up in shipping charges or ridiculous art charges. We don't do that. Normally, if more than two years after last order, you may or may not have a re-setup charge.

At Apple Advertising, we are always striving to offer the most current technology, the most popular products and the best pricing. We make every effort to ensure that all information in the catalog and on this web site is correct at the time of publication. Occasionally, however, a typographical pricing error may occur and you will quickly be notified. We try to portray our merchandise as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to the printing process.

Please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department with any pricing or product problems that you may find – including products being offered for $0. Even though you may see the product at this incorrect price, we will not be able to sell any of our products at $0.

Our pricing is standard for all customers and provides you the lowest prices available – Guaranteed. If not, just show us the lower price offered to you and, within reason, we will adjust our price to meet or beat it. We do not want price affecting your choosing us at Apple Advertising.

How to Order (Top of Page)
1. If you are faxing order: Print and Fill out the order form giving all necessary information for each item ordered. Make duplicate copies if needed for more items ordered. Please sketch copy & copy placement for each item. When you’ve completed the form, double-check it then fax order to us at 936-271-9760.

If you are emailing order form, just submit it to us and you will be contacted for confirmation.

2. Are you using your own original design? If so, you must send the artwork in with the order. Please do not try to place this order by phone or fax unless artwork is emailed and approved first. See our "Artwork" page for more info.

3. A faculty member must sign the order to authorize shipment and guarantee payment. If your a PTO / PTA or Booster group, an authorized person must sign order, then order will be put into production hold status until payment is received (unless a previous agreement w/us has been made.)

4. To save time, the order may be phoned in by your principal, faculty member or company or group representative. Call our toll-free order line 1-877-mytshirt (877-698-7447).

5. Do not mail the order form to us if you phone in the order. This will result in a duplicate shipment. If your school requires a purchase order be sent, please mark it CONFIRMATION OF PHONE ORDER #-----. The order taker will give you the order number when you place your order.

6. After order has been shipped you will receive an invoice. Please pay amount due as terms state.

7. ORDER STATUS:  Before you contact us, please check the following:

  • Click on the Order Status link, and enter your last name and invoice #. You will be emailed or contacted concerning product ship date.
  • Ask others – The receptionist, secretary, janitorial services or loading dock - if they have received your boxes. We find that 99% of the "missing" orders are somewhere in the school or building waiting for the recipient.
  • If you have received one box that has a packing list that shows other items shipped separately, please wait one to two days as many shipments do become separated and arrive at different times.

We always endeavor to ship all your items the instant they are available. This may result in multiple shipments if an item is backordered. Custom printed items will also be shipped separately from stock items. Click on order status to email us for a status check (call or fax is ok, too). You will be notified by phone, fax or email after we receive your inquiry on the status of your order.

Less than Minimum Quantity: (Top of Page)
On as much of our website as possible, each item will state the normal minimum quantity available. If you need less than minimum please contact us. In many cases (but not all), we can print less than minimum specified. However there is a slight charge for this service depending on the item.

Overruns & Underruns: (Top of Page)
Do to the variation in manufacturing of personalized items, quantity shipped may vary from the quantity ordered by 5% over or under. This will be considered fulfillment of your order and you will be billed for quantity shipped unless a previous arrangement w/ us has been made.
